Terms of Service

By placing an order via our website (www.hangmancycling.com), you are offering to purchase a product subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible. Please see our Delivery information page for further information.

In order to contract with Hangman Cycling you must be over 18 years of age. Hangman Cycling retains the right to refuse any request made by you. If your order is accepted we will inform you by email and we will confirm the identity of the party which you have contracted with. When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card, or bank account used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. The cost of international products and services may fluctuate. All prices advertised are subject to such changes.

Our Contract

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order. This email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. Hangman Cycling retains the right to accept or reject this offer before processing the order. A contract between us for the purchase of the goods will not be formed until your payment has been approved by us, the prices have been verified, and the order has been processed and dispatched. A second email will be sent confirming these arrangements.

Pricing and Availability

Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund. Where applicable, prices are inclusive of VAT.

The website may contain typographical errors or other errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to refuse to fulfil any orders that you may place based on information on the website that may contain errors or inaccuracies, including, without limitation, errors, inaccuracies or out-of-date information regarding pricing, shipping, payment terms, or return policies.

Product Specifications and Suitability

  • Published product details, specifications and suitability information is the best available at the time. Hangman Cycling shall not be held responsible for the accuracy of any advice given regarding the suitability installation of the product. If you have ordered an item that has an unsuitable product description we will remedy this by providing you a full refund upon the return of the item.

  • We encourage you to ensure that installation of the product is undertaken by a competent person in accordance with any local requirements or laws. Hangman Cycling cannot be held liable for any damage caused by the fitting installation of the product.

  • Please ensure that you have read your warranty conditions before attempting to install the item.

Faulty Item Returns

Faulty items can be sent back to us at any time. Once we have received your item back we will inform you how we need to proceed.

To return a faulty item to us please follow one of the simple steps below:

  1. E-mail us at help@hangmancycling.com stating your order number. Product model number and reason for return.

  2. Call us on 01159409169 and have your order number ready to hand.

Please keep your postage receipt and we will refund return postage costs up to 25 GBP once the manufacturing fault has been confirmed.

We would advise to use a tracked delivery service as we cannot be held liable for the loss of any parcel on its return journey to Hangman Cycling. 

Collection from your address

For larger or multiple items we can arrange collection from your address. Please contact us with the following details to arrange a collection:

  • Your full name and collection address including postcode

  • Order number and confirmation of which product is coming back to us

  • Your preferred date of collection (Monday to Friday only)

  • A contact number in case the driver needs to get in touch

You will not be charged for this service if the item is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect. 

Returns T&Cs

  • Returned goods should be unused, in a saleable condition and in their original packaging with all labels still attached. Please ensure you do not affix labels or tape to the product packaging, only the external shipping packaging. Hangman Cycling is entitled to refuse the return or deduct from a refund any diminution of value as a result of the product not being in the above condition.

  • A deduction can be made if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of you handling the goods more than was necessary. The extent to which you can handle the goods is the same as it would be if you were assessing them in a shop.

  • We are only able to exchange like for like products. If you require a different item you will need to opt for a refund and place a new order.

  • We will refund you to your original payment method.

  • We make no charge for returns, there is no restocking fee.

  • Customised items cannot be returned.

  • Hangman customers have 365 days from date of delivery to return their orders if unwanted.

  • Faulty/damaged items have a return period greater than 365 days as covered by your statutory rights.

We offer free standard delivery to all of the UK on every product

Please note that certain postcodes may incur a small additional charge for remote parts of the British Isles.

All our deliveries are made by either next day courier or 1st Class Postage depending on value and size
